Anime, like every other story, has an end, and if you're anything like me, you'll feel that slight sadness whenever the credits roll on a really good show that you've been following. Take CLANNAD for example. Don't get me wrong. I personally do not like the WTF ending, and I don't consider it the ending. I consider the extra episode an ending, because it finally gave me closure by showing Kyou in a bathtub. Then, one of my friends came up with the picture you see up there. It made me start wondering: What if CLANNAD ~After After Story~ happened? Or CLANNAD ~Ushio After~ happened or something. Would you be able to imagine yourself in that future?

Rin found something, and after a bit of struggling she finally managed to cut open the cellotape and pull open the cover flaps. I wonder whats inside... Let's follow Rin in and find out...

Felli is probably the ONLY thing that is keeping me watching Regios. The immense suspense in waiting for her to show up with her tsundere antics is almost akin to waiting for an eclipse to occur so you can take photographs of it, minus most of the wait, because the anime is just FULL of Felli, and I'm definitely not complaining.

Today me and my friends attended a fledgling quasi-anime-oriented convention since it was the only one that had full-fledged cosplay events and big crowds and stalls with decent amount of stock with anime-related stuff. This is the third time its been held here in Christchurch. I wrote a short post on the one last year too.

Ok, so I'll say this first, this post is a complete 100% spoiler post. If you haven't watched 25, clicking Continue Reading will kill all the thrill Toradora ever built up. Hell, if you're still reading on anyway proceed at your own risk.

So if sitting here in a boring room waiting for your favorite show to finally finish downloading isn't bad enough, you get showered left right and center by sentence after sentence of what a paranoid you would consider potential spoilers, and part of you would start to think about the philosophical question of whether or not you will live to finally be able to watch Toradora 25. Have you had that experience? Because that's what me and Kagamin are both feeling right now. To top things off, the ISP doesn't seem to give a damn and provides us with their regular friendly service: disconnections every 5 minutes and a choked pipe, as well as a prerecorded telephone support welcome message saying "your call is important to us. Please hold". Oh the oxymorons and idiosyncracies of modern corporations.
All of us have been waiting so long for this day to watch it together, yet we're being served cruelly by the very thing that makes us realize we still have a life to live. We wait, and wait and wait, trying to preoccupy ourselves with other things and yet the day never seems to come. I can tell you when you really want to watch an episode of something, waiting for it is akin to catholic zealots awaiting the second coming of Jesus. Its that serious.
It also seems Haruhi's getting impatient, and the night seems darker than ever before.
So I came home today tired and messed up from work and I find Haruhi on the floor with her megaphone making everyone slaves again. I was wondering at the time: WTF is she up to now? She better have not forced Mikuru's clothes off her or something, because its going to be real expensive to get a replacement.

For those of you who don't know yet, you can click on the picture, and it will enlarge itself. Lately there's been a wave of boredom coming my way. I started watching Koukaku no Regios and I'm still trying to wrap my head around it and think about whether or not I really want to talk about it. All I know is that Nina has hot zettais and white haired girl is an SM fan. So the story didn't make much sense to me yet, and once I get it I'll start posting about it.
Also, rewatching ARIA is actually becoming a daily routine. Sometimes I'd just come home and sit down in front of my macbook and choose a random episode to watch. It always helps to calm my mind somehow. Whenever I feel frustrated at work, I look at Akari, and the solutions tend to come naturally. I'm starting to wonder if it is psychological, or if I might really need psychological help. Oh well, whatever gets me by day by day. Oh and sometimes it really does get that lively in this room. ESPECIALLY while I'm watching ARIA. I need to clear up some space which is not my table for the figmas to play on, or else I'm going to have to put them all back in their boxes.
... And no. This post does not imply Shugo Chara is unlucky too.
There's a reason I stay really far away from horror story books. Its that I found the hard way that nothing good comes after a good read of a horror story. There was this once I read a horror story book, and in an exam the next day, my mind completely blanked out for some reason, even though the exam was a math exam, something I don't usually have to study for. Then, after reading Singaporean Horror Stories in the school's library, I came out and tripped and scraped my knee. And there was this once where I got food poisoning the next day just after going to KFC for a nice meal after having a good read at Belle's Bookstore. Guess what I was reading.
Horror movies are fine though, I don't really remember getting anything bad from it. Actually, there was this once I found a $10 note after walking out of the cinema. Honest me tried to find the owner but devil me decided to keep it anyway. But horror story books tend to be omens of bad luck for me for some reason.
