I often ponder at the level of complexity our society has achieved, that whole buildings and large amounts of resources get spent on training and hiring people just to manage the collection, distribution and storage of resources of our country. While most of us are familiar with government red tape, this anime gives us a refreshing look at what happens behind the counter at a government department in Japan.

Last week I travelled to the equator in a commercial jet that had a logo that resembled multiple less than signs and a glyph. It was a long flight due to the distance between the moon and Earth. Not too long ago Shana gave me some sort of telescope and told me it was a present. Little did I know that it was actually a consciousness transfer device when I was actually looking down from the moon at Seiyo Academy's little pet farm. I found myself locked up in a cage for no apparent reason after that and wondered why the hell my room's floor was made of dirt.
