Picture 1 in [I see someone familiar]

Hey guys, did you notice the guy standing next to Yamanaka Sensei Sawa-chan-sensei?

Picture 2 in [I see someone familiar]

Well, it's not like I'm really acquainted to him or anything but, doesn't he look astonishingly like Kagami's dad?

Maybe K-ON is set in a period of time several years before Lucky Star, when one of Kagami's elder sisters attended Sakuragaoka High.

And Azusa is so awesome. I'm a big fan. =DDDD

Picture 1 in [Loot from Tokyo]

I finally got around to unpacking my suitcase which was completely filled with my figures. Besides the 12 books of doujins I got from the upstairs of Toranoana, one of my favorite shops in Akihabara. I also peered up the many stairwells to find figures that I could not find on online sites that struck my fancy, and I came across quite a few.

Picture 1 in [Drossel Repairs My Hard Disk]

Recently, a spate of hard drive failures and other inconsistencies in my main computer has impaired my ability to watch anime and fap to hentai perform useful work. However, amongst my companions are two very trustworthy and highly technical people: Drossel and Nagato. We will see how well they do to fix my PC in these times of desperate need.

Our main highlight today is Nakano. Actually I came here to see lenses. No seriously! Its not like I got drawn into Patty's subliminal messaging song with the Nakano Broadway constantly repeating in my head. >.>

Picture 1 in [Lucky Star Pilgrimage: Washinomiya Shrine]

After our trip to Kasukabe, we continued our trip down to Washinomiya, which simply involved a train ride up on the same train from the same station. As soon as we arrived, we saw this. The fact that we were on the right track was now beyond the shadow of a doubt.

Picture 1 in [Lucky Star Pilgrimage: The Journey to Kasukabe]

Its one of those times when you leave on a trip and everything goes haywire. My site was down for two whole days and that made me go WTF all night for the past two nights because I couldn't tell anyone how much fun it was on my blog. But I can finally do that today. I went on the legendary Lucky Star pilgrimage through Kasukabe and Washinomiya because I love Kagamin.

Looks like Kagami and Tsukasa got to my new battery and SD card before I even had a chance to look at the packaging. Yes. One must prepare to record history before his travels, because one will never know what archaeologist in the distant future may discover a certain civilization of the past that idealized hair tied on both sides of the head and pleated skirts.

Picture 1 in [Armaggeddon Auckland 2009]

Yes folks, I iz in AKL infiltratingz ur armegedonz. Armaggeddon Auckland was quite a bit bigger than Armaggeddon Christchurch, but contrary to my expectations, apparent anime fandom is not directly proportional to the size of the event. Here's my scoop on this event that I was actually heavily anticipating.

What made me chuckle today was Rin asking me what kind of drugs I was dealing to be able to get all these companions for her. I thought that that was pretty funny because I'm now way behind on making any figma comics lately. But since I've had a turn of events in RL, you'll see more coming in a bit.

Today we visited the Christchurch Botanic Gardens, the biggest garden of trees and flowers you'll ever get here. Since the day was nice and sunny we decided stop playing mahjong and go out for a little bit of fresh air like all the other healthy kids out there.
